1. WHAT IS AN NFT?
An NFT, or Non-Fungible Token, is a unique digital certificate, registered in a blockchain, that is used to record ownership of an asset such as an artwork or a collectible.
2. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR US TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT?
Since every display is freshly made and shipped after order, it is usually going to take at least x to x days for us to deliver your product, shipping time varies for different countries.
For custom orders, please allow a minimum of 3 extra days to complete your order, thanks for your understanding!

3. HOW MUCH WILL THE DELIVERY COST?
Shipping fees usually cost around $10 (depends on your location), a more accurate shipping fee will be displayed at the check out page
International shipping is available as well, we will make sure to deliver our product to every corner of the world..
4. WHY DO YOU NAME YOUR BRAND "NFT BEYOND"?
Our wish is to create something that not just NFT, something beyond it.
In the NFT community, people usually joke something along the line of “I just bought a JPEG for $10,000”, but what if it’s not just JPEG? What if it also exist in real life?
The acrylic display that comes with your NFT, project description, and a scannable QR code that links to your asset is what we thought to be the best way to present NFT in the physical world, this is our definition of “NFT Beyond”.
5. DO YOU ACCEPT ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS?
Yes we do, if you would like to add different text for the description of your NFT, or you want a different QR code that links to other stuff rather than your NFT etc., please let us know in the comment of your order.

6.DO YOU ONLY ACCEPT ETH DISPLAYS?
No, we also accept Solana, Cardano etc., most of the mainstream blockchains are included.
Please make sure to leave comment/information when ordering non-ETH displays, we’ll reach out to you if we need any extra information.
7. WHAF IF I'M UNSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT?
Although we ensure to make every piece perfect, it might not make some customers’ expectations, however, since every order is custom-made and cannot be re-sold, we are only accepting the returning of faulty goods.
We do require some info regarding the issue with your product, to help us improve our product.
