Since every item is custom made, we're only accepting the returning of faulty goods.
Change or Cancel Orders:
Please email us including your order number and details of your request.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Other information
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours by phone or email so we can arrange collection and a replacement item to be sent.
